Freight Ground – 5 business days plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday)

Express Saver – 3 business days plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday)

Two Day – 2 business days plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday)

One Day – 1 business day plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday)

CablingUS can offers convenient same day shipping on stock items. Orders need placed Monday-Friday before 2:00PM Eastern Time and need to contact us by email to confirm shipping.

We ship out throughout the United States of America . For Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US Protectorates areas need to contact us by email to confirm shipping possibility.

RETURN POLICY

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE UP TO 60 DAYS.

You can return your purchase to CablingUS for a replacement or refund up to 60 days after purchase. The time period starts from the day of delivery.

Some special order products can be guaranteed only for 30 days.

You need returned items in original, unused condition and packaging.

Products not received on new conditions will be tested to determine status, functionality and performance.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and it will be reimbursed once product(s) are accepted under RMA terms.

We will provide an RMA and return labels.

Place the RMA and return labels on the package

According to the instructions you receive please drop your package

We process your RMA and response after 3 to 5 business days once received package

Products returned without RMA approved would not be process.

At the discretion of CablingUS received defective/damaged RMA products may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee.

SOME DETAILS TO CONSIDER.

We suggest opening your products immediately when you receive them and confirm conditions.

If your products(s) arrives defective/damaged, please reach out to us within two days of your order being delivered.

Defective/damaged products(s) are subject to review. CablingUS will ship the replacement product at no charge.

To move forward in processing a RMA photos and copy shipping costs receipts may be required.

RMA process should be start within 10 business days package arrive.

Error on your order?. Please contact us within 10 business days of delivery to resolve the case. After 10 business days we are not required to correct internal errors.

RMA products must be return in new conditions, with original packaging, no writing or road marks, with all accessories on original packing and manuals.

Some products may be subject to restocking fees to 15-25%

Returns past 60 days only is cover under Brand Warranty.

If your products or components have compatibility problems, CablingUs cannot be responsible for this but we are at your service to help solve the case.

Refunds will be made with the payment method to be agreed between CablingUS and the client as soon as possible.

If you need to make changes or cancel an Order please contact us up to 30 minutes after placing the order.

It is not necessary to request an RMA in this case to changes or cancel an Order.

WARRANTY

CablingUS warranties vary by product and the brand, in any case has a minimum warranty of one year after the delivery date, with certain exceptions. You should carefully review the brand product identification pages for warranty information.

Within 30 days of delivery and during the warranty period, CablingUS ‘option may (1) repair defective products, (2) supply replacement products or (3) grant you a credit equal to the net purchase price of the defective products. The conditions of the defective product caused by third parties, defective installation, acts of God, other uses, stress or abnormal use, or other reasons not related to the activities of CablingUS will be excluded from the coverage of this guarantee. By this policy you may also be subject to CablingUS return and replacement policies.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE GRANTED AND ACCEPTED IN LIEU OF ANY AND OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION ARE YOUR SOLE REMEDIES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM.

THIS SITE AND THE MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THEIR INTENDED USE OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE ANYONE ELSE, AND THE CABLINGUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES AND DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THE SITE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS CABLINGUS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, USEFULNESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

TOTAL LIABILITY OF CABLINGUS ARISING FROM THE SITE, THE SERVICES, THE PRODUCTS OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN WARRANTIES OR CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE COST PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR 100 DOLLARS.
